Join us for Commencement 2026

Faculty: Sign Up to Join the Platform Party

Celebrate our graduates’ accomplishments from the stage. We will honor the entire undergraduate Class of 2026 at the main ceremony, and graduating students will hear their names called and cross the stage at their individual school and college ceremonies. The formal conferral of degrees will be included in the main ceremony. Our hope is that as many faculty and administrators as possible will attend to celebrate our graduates’ accomplishments.

As a member of the Platform Party, please note:

• Provided Transportation: Transportation will be provided from all three campuses to the Tennis Center, by Friday, May 1, 2026.
• Public Transportation: You are welcome to use public transportation. Visit the Plan Your Visit webpage for information.
• Transportation Reimbursement: If you do not use Pace-provided transportation, you may submit reimbursement for transportation. Receipts must be submitted via ChromeRiver by Friday, June 12, 2026. Reimbursement will be capped at $50.00 per day. Reimbursement applies to car, bus, and train transportation expenses only.
• Food: Breakfast and lunch will be provided
• Robing:
  • Dedicated staff are available to assist with robing and to ensure you join the processionals at the correct times for each ceremony

Staff: Sign Up to Work Commencement

It requires an incredible team effort to make Commencement a special day for our graduates, and we are asking for your help to staff the day and properly celebrate our graduates.

If you are interested in working Commencement, please sign up by Friday, April 17.

As a volunteer, please note:

• Food: Scheduled meal breaks for breakfast and lunch.
• Assignments: You will be assigned a specific duty and dedicated team leaders will direct you and provide support.
• Time Off: As a thank you for working commencement, full-time staff are elibigle to a full day off for each Commencement day worked, to be taken any time before June 30, 2026, to be scheduled with your manager. (Note: Part-time staff are not eligible for the earned day off.)
